How to setup static IP for Plesk Instance in AWS Lightsail?

Static IP for Plesk Instance in AWS Lightsail

I have setup Plesk hosting instance in AWS Lightsail for WordPress and Laravel websites. AWS offering 3-months free for this service in Free Tier Offer, you can find more about it from this link.

Login to AWS account and go to Lightsail service. Under Instances tab, click on your plesk hosting instance name.

From next page, now click on Networking, which is at 4th option in links, as mentioned in following image.

In next section, you need to set static IP name for identification, there is already entered, you can also leave as it is if you don’t want to change it. Then click on “Create” button from bottom of the section.

After that you will find your static IP address on next screen. Now when you open this static IP address, it will open your instance. As I setup plesk so, when I opened my instance via static IP address, I got plesk homepage as following.

You can also detach static IP anytime from Networking section. Hope this will help. More articles are coming soon.
